Welcome to Probiz Analytics ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our data analytics services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Agreement"). This Agreement governs both anonymous business insights services and direct data analytics consulting for clients who share their business data with us.

By engaging with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. SERVICE OVERVIEW

1.1 Anonymous Business Insights

We offer data-driven insights without requiring any identifiable business information. Clients submit operational data through our structured Forms, and we generate reports to help improve decision-making. No business names or identifiable details are required.

1.2 Direct Data Analytics Consulting

For clients who prefer personalized data analytics, we provide advanced analytics services using their actual business data. In such cases, clients voluntarily share their data with us for analysis, strategy development, and reporting.

2. CLIENT DATA & PRIVACY

2.1 Data Confidentiality

• For anonymous insights, we do not collect or store identifiable business details.

• For direct consulting clients, all data shared is treated with the highest level of confidentiality.

• We do not sell, trade, or misuse client data.

2.2 Data Ownership & Use

• Clients retain full ownership of the data they provide.

• Our role is solely to analyze, process, and report insights based on the data received.

• We do not use client data for purposes beyond agreed analytics.

2.3 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect client data. However, while we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee absolute security in data transmission over the internet.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

3.1 Accuracy of Data

• Clients must ensure the data provided is accurate, complete, and lawful.

• We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete data submissions.
  
  

3.2 Authorization to Share Data

• Clients providing direct business data must ensure they have the legal right to do so.

• The company is not liable for any issues arising from unauthorized data sharing by a client.

4. SERVICE FEES & PAYMENT TERMS

4.1 Pricing Model

• Anonymous Insights Service: Clients pay a one-time setup fee for developing customized reporting dashboards, followed by a monthly subscription for ongoing insights.

• Direct Data Analytics Consulting: Pricing is based on project complexity, data volume, and scope of analysis. Fees are agreed upon before work begins.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are non-refundable once the analytics process has commenced.

• Monthly subscriptions must be renewed on time to maintain access to reports.

5. REPORT DELIVERY & ACCESS

5.1 Report Formats

Clients receive reports through:

• A secure, 24/7-access link to their data dashboard.

• PDF reports via email or WhatsApp, upon request.

• Custom delivery options for direct consulting clients.

5.2 Report Accuracy & Use

• Reports are based on the data provided and are for informational and strategic purposes only.

• We do not assume liability for business decisions made based on our analysis.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• We are not responsible for any business losses arising from decisions based on our analytics.

• Our role is to provide insights, but execution of business strategies remains the client’s responsibility.

7. TERMINATION OF SERVICES

We reserve the right to terminate service if:

• Clients misuse or misrepresent the analytics provided.

• There is non-payment for services.

• A client violates any part of this agreement.

8. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
